Ingredients: Tallow, Water, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Sodium Hydroxide*, Rice Bran Oil, Shea Butter, Castor Oil, Fragrance, Sunflower Oil, Kaolin Clay, Coconut Milk, Sodium Lactate, Sorbitol, Sodium Gluconate, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Chromium Oxide Green, Activated Charcoal Powder

*Sodium hydroxide, or lye, is necessary to make soap. No lye, no soap. It is converted through a chemical process called saponification into soap and glycerin. No lye remains in the finished bar.

What does Smoked Laurel smell like?

Smoked Laurel blends tobacco, bay leaf, and Palo Santo. It's dark, smoky, and masculine.

What's in Smoked Laurel?

Smoked Laurel is a hot process tallow soap made with tallow and coconut milk. Its dark color comes from mica, activated charcoal, and other colorants.

Does Smoked Laurel lather well in hard water?

Yes. This bar includes sodium gluconate and sorbitol, both natural ingredients that help produce a rich, stable lather even in hard water.

Is Smoked Laurel only for men?

No. It's part of our Men's Collection because of its scent, but anyone can use it.

Lather up with warm water, rinse and repeat. Your bar will last significantly longer if placed on a draining dish and allowed to dry fully between uses. Store unused bars in a cool dark place until ready to use.
