Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. We strive to ship orders as fast as possible. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates
We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your order's weight and destination, including USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders of $70 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Are you local? Contact us to see if you qualify for pick-up. 

Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (guaranteed)

Domestic shipping only
At this time, we currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Order tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery time and tracking are outside of our control. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact us at hello@beetended.com and we'll help you sort it out.

Packaging
We aim to be as eco-friendly as possible without compromising how your order looks or how well it's protected. Your order should arrive safe, undamaged, and looking as good as it did when we packed it. That includes shrink wrap made from a film designed to break down naturally instead of sticking around for decades. Toss the wrapper in with regular trash, not the recycling bin, and it takes care of itself.
